The company mainly provides tyre vulcanizers and related technical services. The tyre vulcanizer has the base, the central mechanism, the vulcanizing chamber, the pressurizing mechanism, the segmented mold driver, the tyre loading robotic arm, the tyre unloading robotic arm, the post-inflation device, the tyre storage, the pipe system, and the control system. It plays a vital role in tyre manufacturing.  

Product features

There are three product series, all covering a wide variety of specifications: the mechanical series, the mixed series, and the hydraulic series. The products are highly automated with advanced structures, stable and reliable performance, high precision, and low energy consumption. They contain many nationally patented technologies and parts, and can either work alone or serve as a part of an intelligent vulcanizing workshop.  

Application

The products are used for the last step in the tyre manufacturing process. The machine grabs the tyre, loads it, sets the form, vulcanizes, unloads the tyre, inflate it, and then cool it down, delivering finished tyres with excellent form and functions. The product can process all kinds of tyres, including car tyres, truck tyres, and OTR tyres.
